ANNOUNCES TELESCOPING BOOM CONCRETE PUMP

Newest Addition to the Independent Family!
Telescoping
boom versatility combines with operational ease to provide maximum
utilization with the new S 31 HT. This is the concrete pump that is
really two machines in one. In low overhead situations the boom needs
only 18'9" unfolding clearance to provide 87-feet of horizontal reach.
The 15'2" of smooth telescoping action with Auto-Scissors pipeline
allows the operator to keep the boom in the operational zone and
utilize 545 degrees of slewing action to keep the end hose above the
pour and cover a wide area. The boom utilizes a patented method of
extending the pipeline as the boom telescopes. With this method, the
pipeline extension does not affect overall height when using the
telescoping first section.
On
conventional pours the telescoping action provides precise placement
in wall forms and ICF forms. When pouring in front of a laser screed,
the telescoping action is particularly convenient with its simple
forward and back one level joystick motion that does not affect end
hose height.
When
placing inside the second level, simply point and shoot - the
telescoping action gives added confidence to operators when they boom
in with one lever motion. No need to adjust multiple boom sections or
rely on complicated boom position sensors to stay within the operating
zone - one lever motion does it all.
Backing
up this smooth boom operation is the Generation III pump kit with up
to 170 cu.yds/hr. output available. This is the most refined pumping
system available with quiet, smooth operation at all speeds. The twin
cylinder pumping cylinders are sequenced by the exclusive Schwing Rock
Valve - the most popular valve used today with the lowest cost per
yard in maintenance costs.
For
single pump owners, or as an addition to a fleet, the S 31 HT has it
all - boom reach, versatility and the ability to perform in tight
situations.
